ABOUT THE PROVIDER
Dr. Engeln is a board-certified dermatologist from Maui, Hawaii. She completed medical school at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and trained at Scripps Mercy Hospital for her internship and Baylor College of Medicine for dermatology residency.
“My goal is to provide warm, personable care with a high degree of expertise. As someone who has spent much time in the role of a patient, my empathy for people who are distressed about their condition is natural and sincere. As your dermatologist, I promise to treat you with the same degree of respect and kindness as I would a family member.”
Dr. Engeln is experienced in medical and surgical dermatology for adults and children. She has particular expertise in psoriasis, eczema, and skin cancer.
In her free time, she enjoys mountain biking, hiking, scuba diving, traveling, and reading.
