To protect patients, staff and visitors, Dermatology Specialists has added restrictions and policies in place until further notice to help reduce the spread of Covid-19:
- Have you or someone you have had contact with traveled to a high-risk area?
- Do you reside in a community where community-based spread of Covid-19 is occurring?
- Have you been exposed to someone diagnosed with Covid-19?
- Are you currently experiencing symptoms of coughing, sneezing, shortness of breath, fever within 24 hours, sore throat or other concerning symptoms?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, please call our office at 303-442-6647 to reschedule your appointment. We may have telemedicine options available for you to see your provider remotely depending on what you are needing to be seen for.
We will also be taking patient’s temperatures when you check in for your appointment. Any patient with a temperature 99.7 or higher will be asked to reschedule their appointment.
Please note that we cannot diagnose, treat or write a physician’s order for Covid-19 testing. Contact your primary care provider or refer to the CDC website at https://www.cdc.gov/.
